📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages with a focus on quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, equipment, and restrooms
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including timekeeping and uniform standards
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for food and beverage service
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and popular drinks is a plus
