📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs aligned with international standards such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to environmental and safety laws.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in EHS management.
• Ensure all EHS activities are documented and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS engineering, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Certification in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or other relevant EHS standards.
• Proficient in using EHS management software such as SAP EHS, QHSE Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
