📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the customs clearance process for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with all regulations and deadlines.
• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Implement and maintain advanced inventory management systems, such as SAP or similar software.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions and customs clearance processes.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance and warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Certification in customs brokerage or related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using advanced inventory management systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
