📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain warehouse assets, including equipment, tools, and inventory, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct regular asset inspections, maintenance, and repairs to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of warehouse operations and support the achievement of operational goals.
• Utilize asset management software, such as SAP or Oracle, to track, manage, and optimize warehouse assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in asset management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on asset management procedures and best practices.
• Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing warehouse assets.
• Strong knowledge of asset management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
