📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records up-to-date using SAP PM.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SAP PM and other maintenance management software.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid certification in industrial safety or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
