📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of Industrial Utility Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Design, implement, and maintain industrial utility systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of industrial utility systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, ensuring the reliable operation of industrial utility systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of industrial utility projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial utility engineering, with a strong background in steam, water, electricity, and compressed air systems.
• Certifications in industrial utility systems, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Industrial Utility Engineer (CIUE), are a plus.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, EPLAN, and energy management systems (EMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience in implementing lean initiatives.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards related to industrial utility systems.
