📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and documentation of architectural and MEP projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical advice to project teams.
• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Provide technical support to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and MEP design, with a focus on quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
