📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients in the Bali region.,Understand the unique needs and challenges of SMEs and provide tailored financial solutions.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.,Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and portfolio performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of banking products and services for SMEs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SME banking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management or banking, preferably in the SME sector.,Strong understanding of banking products and services for SMEs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant banking software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
