Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Policy Specialist to join our Financial Services and Regulatory Compliance team in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring that our bank operates within the framework of all applicable laws and regulations, while also driving innovation and growth in our financial services.

As a Senior Policy Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing policies that align with the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with various regulations and standards, including but not limited to, Basel III, AML/CFT, and Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with various regulations and standards, including Basel III, AML/CFT, and OJK regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements and compliance matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices, and ensure the bank's policies and procedures are revised accordingly
  • Prepare and present reports on regulatory compliance and risk management to senior management
  • Collaborate with the audit team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, financial services, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, including OJK, Basel III, and AML/CFT regulations
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
