📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and ensure they are performing at their best,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have adequate stock to meet customer demand,Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in our logistics operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Proven track record of success in managing logistics operations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
