PT Capital Strategists Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Admin to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial plans and analyses that support the company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and you will provide valuable insights to help drive business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain financial plans and analyses to support the company's strategic objectives.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide valuable insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Support the finance team in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.,Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in the use of financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS accounting standards is a plus.
