Talenta Putra Utama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
