📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
