📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is provided to all guests, with a focus on customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Oversee the budgeting and financial performance of the restaurant, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
