📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and coordinate warehouse staff to meet production targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to warehouse operations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.,Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.,Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
