📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting language and cultural training sessions for hotel staff.,Developing and delivering engaging and effective training materials.,Assisting in the evaluation and assessment of staff performance.,Providing support and guidance to staff members in their professional development.,Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.,Maintaining a positive and inclusive training environment.,Collaborating with the training and development team to improve training programs.,Participating in team meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or training.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of hospitality industry would be an advantage.,Valid teaching or training certification preferred.,Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
