📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users for IT applications,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT applications,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Document and maintain technical documentation,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure system reliability,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities,Provide training and support to end-users,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or application service support,Strong knowledge of IT applications and systems,Familiarity with operating systems and networking concepts,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
