Sehati Nanda Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our clinic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial health of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Provide financial guidance and support to clinic management and staff.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the clinic's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
