🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently under pressure.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
