📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and visual style.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.,Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create high-quality graphics.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure designs are innovative and engaging.,Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements.,Prepare presentations and reports to showcase design concepts and progress to stakeholders.,Manage and meet deadlines for design projects to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the marine or maritime industry.,Proven portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinking to develop unique and engaging design concepts.
