📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their healthcare needs by providing accurate product information, recommendations, and advice.
• Handle daily transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, using our pharmacy management system.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock and manage inventory, including ordering and receiving new products.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Promote our pharmacy's services and products to local communities and customers.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends, products, and regulations to provide the best possible service.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
• Familiarity with healthcare products, services, and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
