📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to keep records of all candidates and their progress.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with the HR team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure our processes are effective and efficient.,Assist in the organization of recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
