📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.

Manage a team of cooks, assigning tasks and ensuring that they are completed on time.

Ensure that food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

Work as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Proven track record of success in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Familiarity with local cuisine and ingredients.
