📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates regarding their interview performance.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
