📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and medications.
• Monitor and maintain patient records and charts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in the management of patient admissions and discharges.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Promote a safe and clean environment in the patient care area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Active registration as a Nurse with the relevant licensing board.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
