📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of retail sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and sales targets are met.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers to foster long-term business relationships.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and data analysis tools.,Understanding of retail industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
