📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences.,Supervise and train junior front desk staff, ensuring high standards of service.,Manage front desk inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.,Assist in organizing and participating in events and activities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage time effectively.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Familiarity with front desk software and systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
