📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on beauty products and services to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solutions for their needs.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the use of high-end beauty products, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Assist in stock management and ensure that the store is well-stocked with premium beauty products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry to offer the best advice to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or a related field.
• Proven expertise in beauty products and services, with a deep understanding of brands and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and advise customers effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with beauty retail software and point of sale (POS) systems.
